This is a picture of one of the *hip* bars in Osceola, Wisconsin. This picture was taken on Easter. I guess bikers don't have anywhere else to go on Easter. No Easter egg hunts for them. :( Poor, sad little bikers.

It looks like it says "Welcome Biker S" -- probably just one person. Like Racer X in "Speed Racer."
maybe the eggs are in the biker bar, along with the biker Easter bunny. I can see him, wearing a leather cap and vest, can't you?
Yes, perhaps they were commemorating the HEAD HONCHO of bikers. And perhaps Biker S is the Easter Bunny Biker bringing goodies to the bar.
I really like this picture, because it brings back so many memories of my dear little hometown. I used to ride my huffy past PY's all the time. It's located right by this quaint little coffee shop that has a little chair that has "Kirby Puckett sat here" painted on it. Sometimes beer and smoke fumes would infiltrate the quaint little shop. It always made me kind of sad. Business placement is very random and sometimes unfortunate in small towns.
