Spring in the Air!

I love spring. BUT there is one major thing that really irks me when the snow starts melting. This happens especially in Duluth, because people are dirtier here. People walk there dogs and because it's winter they just cover up the dog poop with snow. So now that the snow is melting there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! And it STINKS! So these dogs pooped months ago and their poop is being resurrected like new, because it's warm and moist again. It's absolutely disgusting. Why can't people be responsible and bring baggies with for their dogs?! It's not that hard.
